Pay $25.00 to $30.00 an hour: or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures
Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash
Basic knowledge of electrical
Basic knowledge of plumbing
Basic Carpentry skills
Basic drywall repair and painting of walls
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.
A valid State Driver's License is required.
Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
Must possess organizational skills.
Must be able to perform unsupervised.
Customer Service Experience
2 to 3 years of similar work experience
