Maintenance Technician | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Strong understanding of PLC's, motor controls, and HMI's
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software
Bonus Qualifications Experience with CMMS software for work order management and preventative maintenance scheduling.
Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, welding).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
