Maintenance Technician | East Lansing, MI
Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across East Lansing seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational safety.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in electrical systems (PLC, VFD, motor control)
Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Bonus Qualifications Additional certifications or training
