Apartment Maintenance Technician
Pedcor Homes is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a team-first mentality to work every day. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle everything from service requests to larger property improvement projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Completing resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Performing apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
Maintaining community grounds and common areas
Removing debris and helping keep the property clean and presentable
Performing drywall repair and general construction repairs
Handling general plumbing and electrical repairs
Assisting with larger maintenance and property improvement projects
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and team members
Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and larger projects
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
HVAC Certification preferred
CPO Certification preferred
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
On-call availability is required
Weekend availability is preferred
Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
