SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a residential condominium community. This role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
1 year of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management environments.
Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in residential facilities and experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus.
