Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing
NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift Algona, WA Starting at $30+/hr DOE
3rd Shift: 10:30PM–6:15AM
Allegiance Staffing has partnered with a well-established food manufacturing company in Algona, WA to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Be Working On:
PLC-controlled equipment
Motor controls & AC/DC drives
Frying, baking & packaging equipment
Sheeters & extruders
Burner systems & electronic scales
Hydraulic systems, pumps, fans & air compressors
HVAC systems & forklifts/lift trucks
Preventive maintenance & equipment upgrades
Electrical troubleshooting & repair projects
What We're Looking For:
5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, schematics & industrial equipment
Knowledge of welding, plumbing & machining
Preventive maintenance experience
Strong understanding of lockout/tagout & workplace safety
Reliable, hands-on technicians who can work independently and solve problems quickly
