Village at Westmeadow Apartments | Colorado Springs, CO | Full-time, on-site
$22.00- $23.50/hour + bonus potential| Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm plus on-call rotation
Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician at
Village at Westmeadow
. Youll handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, and keep the property in great shape for the residents who call it home. The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems
Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish
Keep grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors
Keep work orders current in maintenance software, including materials, hours, and completion status
Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and help with snow and ice removal
Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels
High school diploma or equivalent
~1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience
~ Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
~ Strong communication skills and a real customer-service mindset
~ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
~ The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
Onsite multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar maintenance software
Spanish fluency
We supply power tools and larger equipment. 22.00-$23.50 per hour plus commissions, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
