Job description
Corporate Hiring Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a multi-family apartment community near Mauldin, SC.
If you have hands-on maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, this is a great opportunity with stable, full-time hours and strong benefits.
What You'll Do:
Apartment set-outs & clean-outs
Minor repairs & general maintenance
Appliance repairs
Basic HVAC work (preferred, not required)
Light plumbing, electrical & carpentry
What You Need:
Previous maintenance experience
Own tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
Strong work ethic & reliability
