Job description
Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesApproximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors. Typical duties will include janitorial duties, painting, pressure washing, and groundkeeper duties. Must have drywall repair experience. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed. Ability to work as part of a team.QualificationsEducation/Training/Certifications/Licenses: High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills: Must have drywall repair experience. Computer literacy: Not required. Language requirements: English - Spanish. Availability requirements: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs. following appropriate safety procedures. Working Conditions: Approximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors.Benefits & PayPay: $21.00/hour - $23.00/hour.
