About the Company
Gross Residential is a dynamic development, construction, and property management firm with over 40 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We develop projects and oversee the construction of apartments, townhomes and condominiums. We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities.
Position Responsibilities
As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.
Responsibilities include:
Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
Responds to work orders
Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
Appliance installation & repair
Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
Basic HVAC maintenance
Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
Maintains safe and clean working environment
All other duties as assigned
