Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning, premises are maintained in pristine condition, and guest rooms are in good repair. You'll respond to guest requests, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, maintain building interior and exterior areas including grounds and walkways, and ensure all fire safety equipment is operational and compliant with local ordinances.
This position works with minimal supervision while performing essential duties in accordance with company standards. You'll follow the Green Shield schedule to complete daily tasks, maintain organized work areas and tool inventory, and assist with emergency response when needed.
