Hotel PainterLocation: St. Augustine Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Based on experience (DOE)In-Person Applications Only Apply in Person!About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our maintenance team at our hotel. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, quality, and guest-ready condition of our property. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes.Minimum RequirementsAt least 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or hospitality).Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.Ability to work safely with tools, ladders, and materials.Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, bending, etc.).Must be authorized to work in the United States.Job ResponsibilitiesDuties may vary based on the hotel's needs and may include:Interior and exterior painting of guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and maintenance areas.Wall preparation: patching, sanding, priming, and repairing surfaces.Applying paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.Touch-ups and color matching as required.Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.Assisting the maintenance department with additional tasks as needed.CompensationPay is determined by experience and skill level.Opportunities for growth within the maintenance department.Why Join Our Team?Friendly and supportive work environment.Stable year-round employment.Your work helps create a great experience for our guests.
