Job Full Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance of a senior living community in Hudson, MA. This role performs a variety of light maintenance and repair tasks to help keep the senior living community clean, safe, and well maintained
Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance throughout common areas and building facilities
Patch and paint walls
Perform minor plumbing repairs
Complete basic electrical repairs and general building maintenance
Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and other building fixtures as needed
Assemble, move, and repair furniture and equipment
Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
Assist with preventative maintenance and facility inspections
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Qualifications Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance
Painting experience strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general building repairs
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $28-$30 per hour, depending on experience
This is a temporary position for approximately a month, with potential for permanent for right candidate.
