Maintenance Technician I - Injection Molding Details:
Contract to Hire position
$ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and associated systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical)
Diagnose control system issues and implement effective solutions, including parts replacement
Perform routine inspections, testing, and safety checks on equipment
Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify and resolve system issues
Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment problems and support operations
Maintenance Technician I - Injection Molding Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance training/degree preferred
5+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, hydraulic systems, and machine controls
Ability to read schematics and systematically diagnose technical issues
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong manual dexterity
Applicant may be subject to a background check
