Job description
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.38hr - $25.38hr
Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Perform janitorial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles.
Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, and work-in-progress status.
Skills: General Maintenance.
Plumbing.
Electrical.
HVAC.
Carpentry.
Qualification And Education: 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
