Maintenance Technician II

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician II with The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, you'll support 17 of our residential homes and 5 of our day programs, performing a variety of tasks such as:
General repairs including patching, painting, and routine maintenance
Troubleshooting and fixing issues associated with doors, fixtures and building systems
Applying your skills daily in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating
Ensuring that all locations operated by The Arc Columbia-Saratoga (throughout Saratoga County) remain safe and in excellent condition
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide support as needed
No two days in this role are the same - your versatility will be the key to success in this role.
What You'll Need
4+ years in at least one trade
Valid driver's license
HS diploma/GED preferred
