Maintenance Technician II

The Spine Hospital of Louisiana is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help maintain the hospital's physical plant and ensure all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently. This role is essential to supporting high-quality patient care by keeping our facility safe, functional, and compliant.

What You'll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
Maintain hospital infrastructure, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Follow all safety, regulatory, and hospital standards
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in maintenance and repair work
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Preferred
Advanced or technical education related to facilities or maintenance
Location: 10105 Park Rowe Circle, Baton Rouge, LA 70810
Schedule: Full-time: shifts may vary, between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
