Maintenance Technician II - Manufacturing
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing problems and keeping equipment operating at its best.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment
Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment
Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment
Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs
Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Identify and order replacement parts as needed
Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Follow all safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
PLC experience, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron, preferred
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience using multimeters, calipers, and hand/power tools
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work
