Our real estate client, located in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Maintenance Technician III to join their team.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician III
Location: Sunnyvale, CO
Pay Rate Range: $26.00 - $31.00
Shift: Day Shift
What’s the Job?
Contribute to caring and positive working and living environments for all employees and residents
Assist in enforcing safety regulations; identify and report and/or correct safety hazards.
Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, emptying trash, replacing light bulbs, etc.
Maintain, diagnose, and repair all aspects of physical building, outdoor areas, parking areas, and individual units including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc
Manages and prioritizes work orders in Yardi (or like program) in collaboration with the Assistant Community and Community Managers
What’s Needed?
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years as a Maintenance Tech or similar required.
Prior experience in apartment maintenance or construction required.
Working knowledge of Yardi or similar program preferred.
