Harborside Senior Living is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our assisted living community in Luna Pier, MI .
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and is available to work 2–3 days per week .
Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
Address plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility grounds
Respond to maintenance requests promptly
Assist with room preparation and facility projects when needed
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license
