We currently have 15 locations in TX and KS. We have strong financial backing to grow to 1,000+ locations. This means we're building our leadership team RIGHT NOW with people who want to grow their career with us!
Love coffee and fixing things? We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our coffee shops running smoothly! We are a fast-paced, fun environment in need of additional help keeping up with our growth and customers getting the best coffee and experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping Our Coffee Equipment Happy - Managing the process of Maintaining espresso machines, H2O filtration, refrigeration, and keeping stores running!
Staying Organized - Keep track of work orders, new equipment, and parts inventory. Traveling to Our Locations - Ensure quick, efficient service is performed when maintenance is needed.
Helping Open New Stores - Install equipment, prep supplies, and assist with special events.
Being Ready for Emergencies - Responding to urgent repairs when needed (both weekday and weekend emergencies).
What We're Looking For 4+ years of maintenance experience in Food, Beverage, or Hospitality (or other repair oriented field).
Strong organizational & time management skills
Ability to manage work orders and track vendors progress.
A willingness to learn, leveraging your existing skills and training on new types of equipment provided.
A valid driver's license (you'll be driving a work vehicle when traveling between locations).
Flexibility & reliability (some early mornings and weekends will be part of the adventure).
Service channel and Asana experience is also a plus.
