Maintenance Technician - JanitorNow Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Associate Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $21.50/hour Schedule: AM Shift (flexibility required)We are looking for a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to support daily operations in a corporate office environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong maintenance knowledge, effective communication skills, and a professional attitude when interacting with office employees.Key Responsibilities:Perform general facility maintenance and repairsAssist with plumbing, lighting, electrical, and kitchen equipment upkeepAssemble, repair, and move office furniture systemsSafely operate power tools and follow all safety protocolsSupport building operations per Property Management guidelinesComplete maintenance work orders & maintain accurate recordsRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance requestsCommunicate effectively with office staff, working independently and within a teamRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of facilities or maintenance experienceHands-on experience in: PlumbingLighting and electrical systemsPower tool usageOffice furniture systemsKitchen equipment maintenanceGeneral safety proceduresFamiliarity with Property Management operations/guidelinesStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
