What you'll earn
$21-$25/hour , based on experience
Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
Renewal commissions shared with the property team
$300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
$15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)

10 paid holidays, plus PTO and sick leave
What you'll do
Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
What you need
1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Live within 30 minutes of the property
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, but not required to apply
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Paid rotating on-call.
