Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance to support plant manufacturing operations. Key priorities include executing PM schedules, repairing equipment to maintain maximum production rates, and managing spare parts inventory. This role requires flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as needed, and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.

Skills and Requirements
• Industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years required).
• Strong electrical skills and experience with industrial systems.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of NEC, UL508A, NFPA 79 codes.
• Proficiency in Lockout/Tagout safety procedures, Arc Flash, and PPE requirements.
• Skilled in troubleshooting PLC I/O, networking, AC/DC drives, and servo systems.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures.
