Job description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help keep our facilities, equipment, and systems operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and support preventive maintenance efforts across the site. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems as needed
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, tools, and building systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately
Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, and potential hazards
Assist with installation, assembly, relocation, and setup of equipment or fixtures
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Document completed work, parts used, and any follow-up needs
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members as needed
Support emergency repairs and on-call needs when required
Qualifications
Experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or a related field
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or building systems
Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and maintenance procedures
Comfort working independently and managing multiple tasks
Physical ability to lift, move, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods as required by the role
Preferred Skills
Experience with preventive maintenance programs or work order systems
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of OSHA or other safety standards
