Job description
Our client, a leading organization supporting transportation and facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations at a large rental car facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $30 per hour
Shift: All three shifts available, 7 days per week available
What's the Job?
Perform weekly inspections of the facility and document findings using software systems
Submit work orders and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
Conduct equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Perform plumbing inspections, minor repairs, and preventative tasks
Operate elevated work platforms such as scissor lifts for tasks at heights
What's Needed? 3-5 years of verifiable repair technician experience
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment efficiently
Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS software
Mechanically inclined with proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
