Overview
nThe National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at 75 E Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
nThe Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
nThe starting rate of pay is $17.50/hr based on a 40 hour work week.
n_ This is a Union position. Schedule based on a shift bid. Must have open availability (must be available to work 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends)_

nResponsibilities
nWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
nnnPerform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
n
nnPerform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines
n
nnRepair and replace tires
n
nnReplace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
n
nnMaintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
n
nnComply with part and inventory tracking procedures
n
nnProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
n
nnMay process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
n
nnFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
n
nnMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
n
nnSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
n
nnMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
n
nnPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

nQualifications
nnnMust be at least 18 years of age.
n
nnHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.
n
nnPrevious technician/mechanical experience preferred.
n
nnMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
n
nnMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
n
nnMust be able to work any shift (open to all days of the week); this schedule is determined on a shift bid & will include nights, overnights and weekends.
