Title: Maintenance Technician Bill Rate: $24-25/HR Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm Location: 45 Liberty Blvd, Malvern PA Duration: Till 9/30/2026 Siemens North American Headquarters Client facing role Team Overview: Mostly independent work, but will be working closely with the h.m. Resource's typical working day: Painting/patching General carpentry Setting up for events Basic plumbing Basic electrical General maintenance Must Have Skills: Painting/patching General carpentry Basic plumbing Basic electrical General maintenance Nice to have skills: Any advanced maintenance skills Good trouble shooting skills CMMS experience Soft Skills: High level of professionalism Good customer service skills Years of Experience: 3-5 years Education h.s. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills Email Interview Process: 1st round virtual, 2nd on-site About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: •Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. •Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. •Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. •Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. •Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. •Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. •Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. •Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. •Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
