Job description
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Provide PLC hardware support for production and facility equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
Maintain and organize maintenance records, diagrams, drawings, and documentation.
Respond to equipment malfunctions and complete necessary repairs.
Document maintenance activities and work completed.
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
Perform ladder and platform work as required.
Support weekend and off-shift maintenance activities when needed.
Job Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and symbols.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
Formal training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a related technical field.
Experience working with PLC hardware and industrial controls.
Manufacturing or production facility maintenance experience.
