As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and installing critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Pay- $25-35 per hour based on experience
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; VoTech, trade school, or maintenance apprenticeship preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or building maintenance
Proficiency in reading schematic and wiring diagrams
Experience with PLC systems and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Nice to Have Skills: HVAC experience
Experience with inventory management and supplier interface
Knowledge of quality evaluation and documentation
Preferred Education and Experience: A completed maintenance apprenticeship or specialized technical training in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance
Hands-on experience with high-density circuit board manufacturing environment is a plus
Other Requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to evaluate the quality of own work and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers
