Job description
Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Superior, CO community. You will perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety and quality in every assignment.
The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong customer service. Valid HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a plus. Work hours include weekdays, some evenings, and weekends.
