Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
Our customer in Monticello, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. We're recruiting experienced maintenance professionals to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving production equipment and facility systems while supporting safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
Troubleshoot, repair, and identify root causes of machine deficiencies.
Install and set up new equipment.
Monitor machinery during production runs.
Perform building maintenance, facility projects, and improvements.
Maintain machinery according to manufacturer specifications.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Recommend and implement improvements to equipment operations.
Repair, maintain, and improve building and grounds systems.
Focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and safety in all maintenance activities.
Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
Understanding of electrical systems, including primary and control circuits.
Experience with power transmission systems.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Welding and fabrication experience, including stainless steel and mild steel.
Electrical installation experience.
Plumbing and piping proficiency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Pay for Maintenance Technician: $ /hour, depending on experience. Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time. Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 2:30am. Start and end times may vary based on production scheduling. Overtime may be required as needed.
