Maintenance Technician
Start your new career as a Maintenance Technician with MAU at Milliken- Gerrish in Pendleton, SC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will inspect, adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts on weaving machines and related equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer:
Pay of $19.97–$22.62 per hour based on experience
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

What We're Looking For:
Basic Math and Computer Skills
Previous mechanical, maintenance, machine repair, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair weaving machines and auxiliary equipment
Set machines according to established specifications and ensure proper operation
Disassemble and reassemble weaving machines as needed
Replace worn or damaged machine parts
Perform routine maintenance and daily team maintenance activities
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Perform safety checks and follow all plant safety procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation
Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures when performing maintenance
Work safely around moving machinery and powered industrial equipment
