GPAC is partnering with a long-standing, growing food manufacturing company in the Versailles, OH area seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician . Operating for nearly a century, this industry leader has recently invested heavily in facility upgrades and modern equipment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled technician looking for long-term career stability and clear advancement into leadership roles like Maintenance Lead or Supervisor .

Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $31.00/hr + $1.50/hr weekly attendance bonus

What They’re Looking For: 2-3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
Food manufacturing experience required (protein manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs are a plus)
Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
