What You'll Do: Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in
Maintain all building systems, amenities, and grounds
Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours calls
Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment care
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Bring: High school diploma or GED
Previous maintenance experience
HVAC experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
CPO Certification Strongly preferred
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
Reliable transportation, basic tools, and ability to work on-call as needed
