Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30.00
Shift: 2, 2, 3 rotating shifts (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $30.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure the safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and address equipment inefficiencies
Support equipment changeovers with minimal downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Assist with building maintenance and ensure a clean, professional plant environment
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
3-5 years manufacturing experience in plastics or similar technical field
Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand and power tools
Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions
Forklift certification is a plus
