Maintenance Technician

Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team
This is what you bring to us:
Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes
