What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operation by keeping production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production performance.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues using electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, testing equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
Repair and replace machine components while following manufacturer specifications and engineering drawings.
Perform machine modifications and fabricate replacement parts using machine shop equipment and welding processes.
Support continuous improvement efforts that increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and communicate equipment issues clearly with engineering and production teams.
Learn from experienced technicians and engineers while continuing to expand your technical expertise.
Support a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Six or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
Experience working with AC/DC electrical systems (up to 480V three-phase), motors, controls, relays, solenoids, sensors, PLC I/O, and machine components.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) certification.
Experience with CNC equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
Welding and machining experience.
Forklift, scissor lift, overhead crane, or hoist certification (or ability to obtain certification).
