Optimus Property Management, Inc. ( ), based in Century City, CA, is a full-service property management company known for its high standards, professionalism, and growth opportunities. It is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Perform general repairs, including plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance maintenance
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
Coordinate with property managers and vendors for specialized repairs, installations, or major projects.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites
Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US
Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
Compensation: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment)
