Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Pay: $28.00–$35.00/hour (Based on Experience) Shift: Rotating Shift – 2 weeks on 1st shift the 2 weeks on 2nd shift 1st Shift – 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday 2nd Shift – 1:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Thursday Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime
Install, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur
Assist with machine installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
Document maintenance activities and completed repairs accurately
Work closely with production personnel to quickly resolve equipment issues
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with production teams
