Maintenance TechnicianOur customer in Sharon, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting a Maintenance Technician to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and technical support.Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:Performing routine and preventative maintenance on machineryDiagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesMaintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairsEnsuring equipment operates efficiently and safelyAssisting with equipment installations and upgradesFollowing all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work areaMaintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:Proven experience in maintenance or a similar technical roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsFamiliarity with industrial tools and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay for Maintenance Technician: Starting at $24-$32/hour, based on experience.Maintenance Technician Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00a – 3:00p.
