Knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic carpentry

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship

Excellent customer service and communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative site team

Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and, when required, emergency maintenance situations

A commitment to Mutual Housing Management's mission and values

Experience in affordable housing or property management environments is a plus.

If you're inspired to use your skills to support affordable housing and strengthen communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Submit your resume and tell us about your maintenance experience, certifications, and career interests. Our team regularly reviews submissions and may contact qualified candidates when opportunities become available that align with their background and qualifications.

Together, let's create sustainable, affordable housing where residents and communities thrive.
