Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician - Voorhees, NJ

$22-$30/hr, based on experience
The Village at Voorhees Apartments is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our community running smoothly for residents. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, and wants a stable, long-term position with a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances
Handle general upkeep: painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and unit turnovers
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained
Take part in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies; team of approx. 8 technicians
What You Bring Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
