Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday 8:30am to 5pm
The Maintenance Technician:
Will repair and maintain the community.
Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Be involved in construction and remodeling.
To succeed, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
First and foremost, the ability to project a friendly, courteous and helpful manner to residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Two years of experience in most phases of building maintenance and experience in all trade areas.
