Property Management Associates (PMA) is looking for an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and care for a 139-unit residential community in Venice, CA .

What We Offer:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour
Full-time 40 hours per week
$300/month auto allowance
$25/month cell phone allowance

Your responsibilities will include: Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
Perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building-related issues
Complete apartment rent-ready and turnover preparation
Maintain common areas and building systems
Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed
Complete maintenance requests accurately and on schedule
Use maintenance tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Provide professional and courteous service to residents
On-call and weekend work may be required
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field preferred
Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and apartment turnovers is a plus
Strong knowledge of maintenance methods, tools, equipment, and materials
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable using technology and work-order software
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to: Lift and carry approximately 25-50 pounds
Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
Perform moderate physical activity, including bending, reaching, climbing, and working in various positions
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
