Job description
RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle interior and exterior upkeep of an apartment community in Idalou, Texas. The role covers custodial tasks, grounds work, make-ready preparations, and basic pool care.
The candidate should have 1+ year in maintenance, knowledge of drywall and carpentry basics, and the ability to work flexible hours in an on-site environment. OSHA safety practices are expected and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
