Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping production running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot production equipment and respond to machine breakdowns
Work with vendors and technical support to resolve complex equipment issues
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement projects
Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation
Communicate effectively with machine operators and production personnel regarding equipment performance
Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications: 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to equipment issues in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams
