Maintenance Technician
Some people fix apartments.

We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Westcott Apartments in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference every day.
What You'll Do:
Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
Perform apartment turns and make-readies
Assist with apartment punch work
Complete general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
Maintain the appearance of the grounds and common areas
Assist with larger property improvement projects
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Weekend availability required
Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
HVAC certification preferred
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
