Job Summary:
Provide basic aging-in-place maintenance skills for residents and businesses in Winter Park and the surrounding area.
Sell work and produce it with great satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Great customer service and client relations
Material management
A readiness to learn new skills
Must have current driver's license and insurance
Must have basic tools, decent vehicle capable of carrying small materials, tools, and a six-foot ladder.
Experience in basic residential maintenance and aging-in-place (replacing air filters, light bulbs, doorknobs, etc.)
Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per week
