Maintenance Technician The Point at Woburn
Location: 120 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA 01801
Pay: $28$32/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
On-Call: 3-week rotation
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 ONE-TIME SIGN-ON BONUS
Additional Earning Opportunity: Monthly renewal commissions

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our community running smoothly while providing exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities include:
Responding to resident service requests professionally and promptly
Troubleshooting and completing general plumbing, appliance, electrical and HVAC repairs
Completing apartment turns and preparing homes for new residents
Performing preventative and general property maintenance
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager and onsite team
Following company safety procedures and applicable safety standards
Helping maintain the appearance, quality and overall condition of the community
Participating in the property's rotating on-call schedule
Attending training and development programs as needed

What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license required
Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the property due to the on-call rotation
12 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of general plumbing, appliance repair, minor electrical and HVAC troubleshooting
Strong customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized, dependable and able to prioritize service requests effectively
Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Ability to participate in the required on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to employment
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying 50+ pounds as needed and climbing ladders, bending, kneeling and working in confined spaces
